I've been asked by a friend to take some photos of his newly refurbished holiday home because i've got a 'proper camera'.
He wants to use them to advertise his holiday let.

Can anyone give any tips or ideas as to what is best to take and what lens is preferable to use.
Apparently its a little dark inside with not good natural light so do I use the camera flash? i have no other lighting gear otherwise.

I have an 18-200 lens , a 60mm and a 70 -300, I assume the 18-200 would be best?

any tips would be appreciated thanks.
