Sony FE 20-70mm F/4 G Lens Review
John Riley has been putting the Sony FE 20-70mm F/4 G zoom lens through its paces, and capturing sample photos, to see if it's a good pairing for the Sony A7R III. |
It would make a good landscape pair with the Tamron 70-300, which is said to perform well at f11. Together they’d cost about £1,700, which isn’t awful to get 20-300mm. If I want really wide for particular purposes, I’d just get a basic 14mm MF - who needs AF for that focal length.
I prefer having 105-300mm to having 14-20mm. As for 16-105mm - that just isn’t enough range over 2 lens, especially at a combined cost of £2,300 (for the f4s).

Luminar Neo Software Review (AI Technology Update)
We're testing the latest AI features of the award-winning Luminar Neo photo editing software from Skylum. |
It's not a bad product, they have solved most of the performance issues and if you were new to photo processing and didn't want the lightroom learning curve it is a good place to start - the biggest draw back then is the lack of library functionality.
However, the subscription is now more expensive than lightroom and the product isn't strong enough.
